Paul Moorghen is the bass player for the British rock band Touchstone since 2006. The 5-piece band was voted Best New Talent Of The Year by the Classic Rock Society. Also their current album "Discordant Dreams" got excellent reviews.
Moo (that's his nickname) was born in 1970 and sang in the school choir in his young years and started writing music on his own in 1982. He also learned to play different instruments like clarinet, sax, drums, guitar and keyboards, but at the age of 14 his main instrument became the bass. He had his first public performance as a bassist at the Gloucester Guildhall in 1987. Occasionally one can hear also as a singer.
